Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frederico Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabriel Francisco is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francisco throws a lazy right hand but Silva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silva.
Silva throws a hook to the side of Francisco 's head but Francisco sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Francisco changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Silva could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Silva is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Francisco has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Francisco has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Silva is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Francisco has control of Silva's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Silva regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Francisco is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Silva has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Silva!
Silva wants to stand but Francisco is controlling his posture from full guard.

Francisco working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Francisco has a closed guard, preventing Silva from standing up.

Francisco is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Francisco is looking to sinch up a triangle. Silva throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Francisco 's body to avoid the submission. Francisco has instead reached around Silva's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Francisco arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
