The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Casey circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tonttu shoots in and drives through. Casey sprawls well.
Tonttu misses with a head kick.
Tonttu tries to clinch there but Casey circles away.

Tonttu tries to keep at a distance but Casey has taken the fight into the clinch.
Casey fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tonttu has had enough of the clinch but Casey keeps him there for the moment.
Casey putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Tonttu in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.

Tonttu closes the distance and clinches up with Casey, looking for a takedown. Tonttu pushes Casey against the cage but Casey circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Casey counters by moving into the clinch.
Tonttu tries to land knees in the clinch but Casey avoids the damage to the body.
Casey will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tonttu up against the cage.

Casey works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Tonttu controls Casey momentarily but Casey frees himself.
Casey has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tonttu is proving hard to escape from.

Tonttu is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Casey defends well.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tonttu is on top in guard.
Casey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tonttu is one step ahead there.

Justin Casey dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Tonttu tries to close the distance and clinch but Casey swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tonttu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Casey wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Casey wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tonttu, who protects the arm well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Casey controls the position.
Tonttu is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Tonttu gets full guard.

Tonttu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Casey doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Casey manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Justin Casey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Casey will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tonttu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Casey sprawls well. Casey wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tonttu gets slowly back to his feet.

Casey turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Casey manages to end up in side control.

Casey shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tonttu but Tonttu pushes him off and we're back to square one.
