The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castillo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Castillo keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Ruiz tries to clinch up but Castillo circles away and keeps his distance.
Ruiz fails in his attempt to clinch.

Castillo is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Ruiz is controlling him well.
Castillo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ruiz on the ground.
