The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eubanks throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Eubanks fails in his attempt to clinch.
Murphy fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Eubanks tries to close the distance and clinch up but Murphy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Eubanks is trying hard to land a takedown here. Murphy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Murphy shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Murphy drops his hands momentarily and Eubanks takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Murphy scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Eubanks is pushing Murphy's head away, looking to escape. Murphy manages to hold on to the position though.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Murphy has hold of Eubanks's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Eubanks seems comfortable defending it but Murphy has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Eubanks is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Eubanks is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Murphy couldn't care less - he's delighted!
