Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between BONY VUKS (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonakis Galatis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antonakis Galatis is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galatis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in VUKS's half guard.

VUKS has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Galatis is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for VUKS.

VUKS feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Galatis's calf.

VUKS is trying to control the position but Galatis postures up.
VUKS is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
VUKS has his foot on Galatis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Galatis works his way back into a safe position though.

VUKS is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Antonakis Galatis showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
