Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Remy Power!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power misses with a takedown attempt - Kashmere sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kashmere has managed to clinch.

Kashmere jumps guard and drags Power to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kashmere holds on and takes a little breather.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kashmere looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kashmere has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Power looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Power wants to stand but Kashmere has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Power got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kashmere has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Power has managed to get both his arms back between Kashmere's legs - danger averted.

Power wanted to stand there but Kashmere had control of the position.
Power really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kashmere. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kashmere is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Power must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Kashmere wants to sweep but no luck.

Kashmere pushes a forearm under Power's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Power is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
