Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joe Shmoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gruffo Muffo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shmoe is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Gruffo Muffo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Joe Shmoe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gruffo Muffo!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muffo avoids the body shot from Shmoe.
Shmoe is breathing heavily.
Shmoe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Muffo pinned against the cage. Muffo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Muffo lands with a kick to the ribs.
Both fighters circling a little - Muffo finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

A head kick lands from Muffo that sends Shmoe to the canvas. Shmoe tries to scramble back to his feet but Muffo brings him back down into side control.

Shmoe is rocked!

It looks like Joe Shmoe has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Muffo decides to stand back up. Muffo steps back and let's Shmoe get back to his feet.
Oh Shmoe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Muffo lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Shmoe crumples to the floor! Muffo milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Gruffo Muffo!
