Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

boxxer looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
boxxer wants to pass the guard but booker is defending well.
booker is refusing to be controlled, as boxxer sits in half guard.
booker wants to improve his position but boxxer is controlling well.
boxxer wants to stand up but booker has a hold of him and won't allow it.
boxxer trying to mount his opponent but booker defends it.

booker is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but boxxer pulls his head out easily.

boxxer trying to control from half guard but booker is working away.
booker keeps control of the position for the meantime.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
boxxer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
booker takes a body punch but keeps moving.
boxxer tries for a takedown but booker circles away easily

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and booker counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
booker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

booker postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! boxxer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of booker, into his guard.
booker has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
boxxer wants to stand but booker is controlling the position.

boxxer looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! booker has picked boxxer up and slammed him! boxxer can't keep hold of the triangle and booker manages to pass to side control!
booker wants to lay and pray for a moment but boxxer keeps working.
boxxer is trying to buck booker off.
booker is looking to take a break and control but boxxer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

booker prevents boxxer from escaping the position.
booker just content to control the position.
boxxer is looking to regain half guard here but booker keeps moving and retains side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
boxxer is looking to get back to his feet here but booker is keeping cool and he's managed to take boxxer's back.
boxxer is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by booker.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Despite being in the dominant position, tom booker just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
boxxer thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
booker is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
boxxer wants to stand but booker is controlling the position.
boxxer wants to sweep but no luck.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
boxxer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as booker sprawls well. booker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. boxxer gets slowly back to his feet.
