Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauri Nyrkki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). House is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: I luv it. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
House shoots in but Nyrkki avoids the takedown attempt easily.
House drops Nyrkki with a left and a right! Oh, Nyrkki is hurt - House dives into side control looking to finish!
It looks like Mauri Nyrkki has been cut.
Nyrkki pushes House away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, House gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
House looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
House is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Nyrkki is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Nyrkki tries to escape but House is in control.
Nyrkki knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for House on the ground.
House thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

House is trying to get an arm triangle but Nyrkki is defending well.

Nyrkki trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Nyrkki is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, House asserts his dominance and retains side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
House dives in and grabs Nyrkki's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nyrkki pushes down on House's head and hops out.
House looks gassed!
Nyrkki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by House.
House takes a shot to the body in his stride.
House scores with a hook.
House takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Nyrkki throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
House shoots in but no luck this time.
Mauri Nyrkki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricky House.
Nyrkki lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
House takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A jab lands there for Nyrkki.
Nyrkki uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before House has time to react.
House is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nyrkki cracks House with an uppercut from hell and House crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Nyrkki's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
House is still in real trouble! Can Nyrkki finish him?
Nyrkki gets to his feet. House looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
A solid body kick from Nyrkki.
House looks up at the clock. Bad move! Nyrkki lands a right hand from hell, dropping House. Nyrkki pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mauri Nyrkki!
