The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevenson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Stevenson pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Stevenson dodges the punch combination from Antheunis.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Stevenson checks a leg kick.

Stevenson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Antheunis.
Antheunis turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Antheunis tests Stevenson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Stevenson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Antheunis is looking to chop away at Stevenson's legs.
Stevenson shoots in but no luck this time.

Antheunis tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stevenson was well out of range. Poor timing from Antheunis.
Stevenson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Antheunis as he jumps to the side.

Stevenson stalks Antheunis and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Antheunis's face. Antheunis staggers backwards, shaken.
Antheunis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Stevenson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Antheunis scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Stevenson manages to mount him!
Antheunis is wriggling around trying to escape.

Stevenson tries to control but Antheunis wriggling away.
Antheunis is desperately trying to improve his position but Stevenson has a good base and remains in mount.
Antheunis is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Antheunis is working to get back to half guard.

Antheunis is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Antheunis is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Stevenson is landing with some decent strikes but Antheunis is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Antheunis is squirming around, avoiding Stevenson's attempts to control the action.

Antheunis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Stevenson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stevenson.
Antheunis pivots, looking for a leg kick but Stevenson is out of range and Antheunis settles back down.
Stevenson ducks right into an uppercut from Antheunis.
Antheunis looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Stevenson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Stevenson throws a jab but it's blocked by Antheunis.
Antheunis bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Antheunis has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Stevenson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Antheunis swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Stevenson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Antheunis missing with a left hand there. Stevenson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Antheunis will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Antheunis misses with a series of wild punches.
Antheunis scores with a jab. Stevenson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Stevenson moves in looking to clinch but Antheunis pushes him off.
BOOM! Antheunis lands a beautiful left hook that drops Stevenson. Stevenson tries to recover but Antheunis is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Stevenson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
