Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hitman Stunner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bean comes to the cage accompanied by Fed Up. Mark Bean could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to hitman Stunner's chin.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean stuffs the takedown.
Bean throws a front kick aimed at Stunner's knee but Stunner avoids it well.
Stunner throws a sloppy head kick and Bean moves out of range easily.

Bean throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

Bean is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Stunner has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Stunner wants to control but Bean is having none of it.

Stunner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bean's waist but Bean gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Stunner off to one side.

Bean does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Bean decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stunner's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bean accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Bean has gone for a leg lock! Stunner slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bean's guard.
Bean manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stunner manages to get himself to full guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well Bean has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
