Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Johnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Augusto Pinochet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnes comes into the arena with Burnt (Feat. Lindo P) blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnes closes the distance and clinches.
Johnes goes for a takedown in the clinch but Pinochet prevents it.
Johnes fails to pull guard.

Johnes working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Pinochet.
Pinochet is looking to work some ground and pound but Johnes has wrist control.
Pinochet wants to pass the guard but Johnes is keeping the position.
Pinochet scoring with some ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnes pulls Pinochet in to control the position.
Pinochet throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Johnes drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

It looks like Quinton Johnes has been cut.
Johnes shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Johnes slips a jab and a cross from Pinochet.
Pinochet takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Pinochet lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Johnes at a distance.
Johnes is breathing heavily.
No luck for Pinochet with that takedown attempt.
Pinochet lands a jab to the nose.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pinochet dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Pinochet clobbers Johnes with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Pinochet takes the fight into the clinch.

Pinochet pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Pinochet throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pinochet darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
The crowd cheers as Pinochet lands an impressive looking overhand right. Johnes doesn't seem phased though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pinochet looks to land a combination. Johnes sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Johnes is rocked!

Quinton Johnes's cut is getting worse.

Pinochet cracks Johnes with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Pinochet has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Johnes to stand back up!
Oh Johnes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pinochet connects with a superb combination that knocks Johnes out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Pinochet before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Johnes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Augusto Pinochet!
