The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pekar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Hammersmash throws a sloppy head kick and Pekar moves out of range easily.
Hammersmash lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pekar circles away quickly and effectively.
Pekar keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hammersmash.
Pekar keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Hammersmash is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hammersmash throws a nice looking combination but Pekar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hammersmash swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Pekar holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Pekar pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Pekar fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hammersmash, pushing him back against the cage.
Pekar keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hammersmash's efforts to push away.
Hammersmash looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hammersmash is working for takedown but Pekar is calmly controlling the position for now.

Pekar pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Pekar pushes Hammersmash up against the cage in a clinch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Pekar.
Hammersmash misses with a hook from the clinch.

Pekar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pekar fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Hammersmash out cold! Brutal finish!
