Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lam closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Head did well to prevent Lam getting side control.
Head is trying to get back to full guard.
Head keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Head regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Lam.
Lam stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Head swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lam stops Head from standing up.
Head looking for a sweep. Not yet Head, not yet.
Head looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Head utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Lam takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like John Lam has been cut.
Head really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lam swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lam shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Head is looking to improve his position but Lam isn't that keen on the idea.
Lam punishing his opponent with strikes.
It looks like Hammera Head has been cut.
Lam scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Head?

BOOM! Lam connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Hammera Head's cut is getting worse.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hammera Head's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
