Von Stauffenberg comes to the cage accompanied by Wagner, The ride of the Valkyries. Veijari has chosen Konvehdinmussuttajat - Älä lyö naamaan as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Stauffenberg misses with a two punch combination.
Veijari stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Von Stauffenberg slips a jab from Veijari.
Von Stauffenberg blocks a jab.
The fighters circling - Von Stauffenberg throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Veijari ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Von Stauffenberg throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Veijari sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Von Stauffenberg jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Fasu Veijari has been cut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Veijari, as that shot connected.
Von Stauffenberg keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Von Stauffenberg scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Von Stauffenberg fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Veijari misses with a body shot
and Von Stauffenberg counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Veijari will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Veijari walks straight into a right hand from Von Stauffenberg - that's dropped him! Von Stauffenberg jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Veijari from any more punishment! Veijari complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Claus Von Stauffenberg!
