The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McTavish fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hooidjonk manages to avoid it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Hooidjonk moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, McTavish has worked his arm free - good work by McTavish!

Hooidjonk creates some space and throws a big elbow, but McTavish sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Hooidjonk goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, McTavish has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Hooidjonk but great work by McTavish.

McTavish tries to bum rush Hooidjonk with a series of wild strikes but Hooidjonk uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ravish McTavish showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Hooidjonk's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hooidjonk tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McTavish swivels and escapes.

Hooidjonk has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bob Hooidjonk.
I think McTavish has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
