Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Canis Lupus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christoffer Holm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lupus comes to the cage accompanied by Wolf Song. Holm has chosen Barbaric Bludgeonings as his entrance music. Christoffer Holm will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lupus ducks under a wild hook from Holm.
Holm fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Lupus checks it well.
Lupus bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Holm misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lupus is looking to clinch but Holm is avoiding it.
Lupus ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lupus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Holm circles away quickly and effectively.

Lupus tries to close the distance and clinch but Holm swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lupus closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Holm wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lupus has him pressed against the cage.
Lupus keeps control of Holm as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Holm tries to break free but Lupus pushes him back against the cage.
Lupus lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Christoffer Holm has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Holm is trying to break the clinch but Lupus is controlling him.

That has opened up Christoffer Holm's cut even more.
Lupus jerks Holm's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Holm drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Lupus goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Lupus because Holm was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
