Brewer lands a nice looking body shot.
Brewer decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Brewer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sackett does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Yance Sackett is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sackett throws a nice looking combination but Brewer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

That was a close round but I would say that Jerry Brewer will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Sackett drops Brewer with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Brewer looks back up at him and smiles so Sackett waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Brewer is rocked!
Brewer lands a nice shot to the body.
Oh Brewer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sackett cracks Brewer with a left hook right on the temple and Brewer goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Sackett lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Brewer is OK!
