Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James VonBrunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konstantin Tszyu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tszyu is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Something Worth Fighting For. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Konstantin Tszyu enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, James VonBrunn!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Konstantin Tszyu!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tszyu lands a slapping body shot.
Tszyu lands a head shot.
A telegraphed right hand from VonBrunn misses the target.
Tszyu with a body punch. A glancing blow.
A jab from Tszyu finds it's way through VonBrunn's defenses.
The crowd cheers as Tszyu lands an impressive looking overhand right. VonBrunn doesn't seem phased though.
VonBrunn throws a low kick but Tszyu avoids it.
Some wild striking there from VonBrunn.
Tszyu misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nice uppercut there from Tszyu.
Donk. Tszyu catches VonBrunn right on the button with a cross.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tszyu cracks VonBrunn with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
VonBrunn changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A jab from Tszyu finds it's way through VonBrunn's defenses.
Tszyu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tszyu avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Tszyu moves away from the strike by VonBrunn.
VonBrunn wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
VonBrunn gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
VonBrunn jabbing away but nothing is landing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
VonBrunn takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Tszyu lands a left and a right that send VonBrunn crashing to the mat, dazed. Tszyu thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
VonBrunn is rocked!
VonBrunn throws a head kick that half lands.
Oh VonBrunn is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tszyu is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round!VonBrunn had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
VonBrunn swinging wilding here.
VonBrunn falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tszyu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tszyu throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends VonBrunn stumbling backwards into the cage! VonBrunn bounces back off the cage towards Tszyu, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Tszyu lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Tszyu celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Konstantin Tszyu! Konstantin Tszyu retains his welterweight title!
