Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kanker Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rampage Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rampage Jackson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kid is looking to regain half guard here but Jackson keeps moving and retains side control.

Kid might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Kid could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Jackson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kid does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jackson connects with a nice short shot to Kid's temple.
