The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gordon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Drummond, pushing him back against the cage.
Gordon lands a damaging elbow.

Gordon rushes Drummond and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Gordon lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Dixie Drummond has been cut.

Gordon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Drummond tries for a takedown but Gordon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Gordon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Drummond looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gordon is fending him off so far but Drummond persists. Nope, Gordon circles away and we're back to standing.

Drummond changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gordon fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Gordon throws a sloppy head kick and Drummond moves out of range easily.
Gordon lands a brutal head kick. Drummond looks out on his feet and Gordon throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
