Liddell comes into a darkened arena with his song building. It's Dark and Hell Is Hot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! John Smith has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liddell connects with a right hand. Smith shakes it off.
Smith throws a hook but Liddell blocks it.

Smith checks a leg kick.
Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

It looks like Chuck Liddell has been cut.
Smith is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Chuck Liddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liddell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Smith manages to avoid it.

Liddell bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Liddell is rocked!
Smith creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Liddell's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Liddell drops to his knees and Smith pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
