The crowd seem to be enjoying Garcia's choice of entrance music: Vendetta. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leon Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capoia scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Garcia thuds his shin into the meat of Capoia's side.
Capoia tries to close the distance and clinch but Garcia swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Capoia is looking to clinch but Garcia is avoiding it.
Both fighters circling a little - Garcia finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Garcia shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Capoia napping and manages to drive through into side control!
