Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nanner Nuts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Eastmond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nuts comes to the cage accompanied by Bananaman. Eastmond has chosen Nelly - here comes the boom as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuts tries to clinch up.
Nuts misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Eastmond avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Eastmond circles away from the clinch attempt.
Eastmond throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nuts.
Eastmond lands a nice shot that snaps Nuts's head back.
Nuts stalks Eastmond and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Eastmond's face. Eastmond staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Ryan Eastmond has been cut.
Nanner Nuts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nuts showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Eastmond.
Nuts fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nuts shoots in but no luck this time.
Nuts shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Eastmond as he avoids it easily.
Nuts shoots for a double leg takedown but Eastmond sprawls well. He's pushed Nuts's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Eastmond slaps away a takedown attempt from Nuts, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Nuts is breathing heavily.
Nuts throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Eastmond counters with a nice uppercut.
Eastmond lands the left hand.
Eastmond throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nuts.
Nuts tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Eastmond counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Eastmond throws a right and a left that Nuts avoids nicely.
Nuts has his takedown stuffed
and Nuts takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Eastmond fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nuts sprawls well initially but Eastmond persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Eastmond throws a series of punches but Nuts moves out of range.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

and Eastmond counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Eastmond makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Nuts shoots and misses
and Eastmond counters with a three punch combo that has Nuts backing up. Nuts nods at Eastmond to acknowledge the strikes.
Nuts throws a left and a right that both miss
and Eastmond counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Nuts slips a jab and a cross from Eastmond.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Eastmond throws a right and a left that Nuts avoids nicely.

and Eastmond counters with a left and a right that stings Nuts.
Eastmond scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Eastmond throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Nuts was covering up waiting for the punch and Eastmond finishes the takedown easily into guard.

It looks like Nanner Nuts has been cut.
Eastmond wants to control from the top but Nuts keeps moving.
Eastmond must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Eastmond is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Eastmond won't allow Nuts to sweep him here.
Eastmond connects with a couple of short punches.

Eastmond is nestled in close to Nuts, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Eastmond looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nuts with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Eastmond lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Eastmond really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nuts. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nuts wants to control but Eastmond is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Eastmond stands up over Nuts, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Nuts had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Eastmond is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Nuts Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Eastmond's back instead.
Nuts is not going to allow Eastmond to sit and survive in this position.

Eastmond dances in with a quick combination. Nuts is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Eastmond snaps Nuts's head back. Nuts stumbles backwards against the cage. Eastmond steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Nuts's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Nuts just didn't come prepared.
