Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bubba Clem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Thorton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clem comes to the cage accompanied by Full Trucker Effect. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clem lands a body shot.
Clem throws a sloppy head kick and Thorton moves out of range easily.
Clem closes the distance and clinches up with Thorton, looking for a takedown. Clem pushes Thorton against the cage but Thorton circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Clem throws a hook but Thorton blocks it.
Clem shoots in looking for a takedown. Thorton tries to sprawl out of it but Clem keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thorton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
