The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
AbbottSlice shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than AbbottSlice was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Rodriquez is looking to improve his position but AbbottSlice isn't that keen on the idea.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Rodriquez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
