Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jane Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micky Mathews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doe comes to the cage accompanied by This Is How We Do it. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doe feints and as Mathews raises his hands in defense, Doe changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Doe throws a strike but Mathews rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Doe is trying to keep Mathews in close.
Doe trying to control the position here.
Mathews wants to stand but Doe is controlling his posture from full guard.

Doe looking for a sweep. Not yet Doe, not yet.
Mathews postures up.
Doe has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Mathews has passed into side control.
Doe wants to get back to his feet but Mathews is dominant here and he's now got Doe's back!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Doe is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Mathews gets his way!

Doe has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Mathews clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Doe frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Doe can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mathews is looking to escape.

Doe tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Doe throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Mathews because Doe loaded up on that one.
Mathews's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Doe avoids the attempt from Mathews to control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Jane Doe dominated that second round.
That's time! Doe's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Doe shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mathews napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Doe decides to stand up, so the ref orders Mathews to his feet.

Doe clinches up with Mathews and pushes him back against the cage.
Mathews fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Doe will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Mathews up against the cage.

Doe thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
