Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between ethan hawke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fickel Groober (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, ethan hawke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Fickel Groober!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

hawke feints and as Groober raises his hands in defense, hawke changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

hawke thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Groober is pulling down on hawke's head to control his posture.
hawke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Groober swivels though and keeps the full guard.
hawke passes Groober's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Groober is looking for a sweep. hawke is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
hawke tries to pass the half guard into mount. Groober knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Groober is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

hawke stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Groober to get to his feet.
hawke wants to clinch up but Groober keeps it at a distance.
hawke shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

hawke feints and as Groober raises his hands in defense, hawke changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
hawke would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Groober not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Groober wants to sweep but no luck.

hawke postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Groober is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of hawke, into his guard.

hawke has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Groober should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, hawke has tightened it up now! Groober should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
