Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ivo Campos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alejandro Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodriguez has chosen Dialecto Caliche as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Ivo Campos has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ivo Campos seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campos avoids the head kick by Rodriguez.

Campos tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Rodriguez just stands there and leans against the cage.

Campos's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That was a close round but I would say that Ivo Campos will probably get the nod.

Campos thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Campos postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Rodriguez pushes Campos off looking to stand but Campos dives back in and keeps control.

Campos is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Rodriguez pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Campos drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Campos stands up and waves to Rodriguez to follow him.
Ivo Campos is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Campos has managed to clinch.
Rodriguez is pressed up against the cage. Campos has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rodriguez down to the mat. Rodriguez avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Campos fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rodriguez avoids it really well and circles away.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Campos closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Campos is looking to advance position but Rodriguez won't allow it.

Campos feints and as Rodriguez raises his hands in defense, Campos changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Campos wants to pass the guard but Rodriguez is keeping the position.
Campos thows a big elbow that misses.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Campos, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
