Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rick RollD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blue Dawn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). RollD comes to the cage accompanied by The Rick Roll'D Song Of Hope. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
RollD tries to close the distance and clinch but Dawn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
RollD feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dawn's calf.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dawn.
RollD fails with an attempt to clinch.
RollD jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Rick RollD seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
RollD throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Dawn tumbling to the canvas!

Dawn is rocked!

It looks like Blue Dawn has been cut.

RollD throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dawn works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

RollD creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Dawn's defenses.

Dawn has hold of RollD's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! RollD tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Dawn cranks the arm and RollD screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from RollD, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
