Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Craig Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cody Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes into the arena with The Who - Baba O'Riley blaring out of the sound system. Rogers comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Get up kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Cody Rogers told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rogers.
Rogers shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Davis pinned against the cage. Davis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Davis thows a body shot but no joy.
A jab from Rogers misses.
Davis lands a nice shot to the body.
Davis moves into the clinch.
Davis has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Rogers tries to circle away but Davis has him pinned against the cage.
Davis wants a takedown but no success here.
Davis is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Rogers gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Davis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rogers lands with a big left! Davis is wobbled badly! Rogers comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Davis to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
