Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Taavi Liisteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lasse Kongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Liisteri might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Solid Base - I like it. Lasse Kongo is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Lasse Kongo!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kongo shoots in and drives through. Liisteri sprawls well.
Kongo gets caught flat footed, as Liisteri shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Liisteri is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Kongo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Liisteri doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Liisteri manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Kongo wants to sweep here but Liisteri controlling him for the moment.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Liisteri decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Kongo wants to get back to full guard but Liisteri has passed into side control.
Liisteri trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Liisteri avoids the attempt from Kongo to control.
Liisteri looking to finish Kongo with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kongo!

Kongo turns into him and now he's in Liisteri's guard.
Kongo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Liisteri has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kongo has managed to get both his arms back between Liisteri's legs - danger averted.

Kongo tries to free his leg and advance position but Liisteri is retaining full guard.

Kongo wants to pass the guard but Liisteri is keeping the position.

Liisteri is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Kongo is aware though and is defending well.
Kongo trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Liisteri is looking for a triangle but Kongo pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Liisteri has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kongo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Liisteri escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kongo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Liisteri looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kongo is defending well. Liisteri quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kongo has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Liisteri celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
