Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Abodo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anglo Saxon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abodo shoots for a double leg takedown but Saxon sprawls well. He's pushed Abodo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Saxon misses with a series of wild punches.
Saxon throws a hook but Abodo avoids it easily.
Saxon throws a jab when Abodo was well out of range.
Abodo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Saxon sprawls well. Saxon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Abodo gets slowly back to his feet.

Saxon moves into range and clinches up with Abodo.
Abodo jumps guard but Saxon stands there with Abodo around his waist. Abodo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

No joy there for Saxon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Saxon throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Abodo's waist but Abodo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Saxon off to one side.
Saxon misses with a jab, cross combination.
Abodo slips a jab and a cross from Saxon.
Saxon throws a right and a left that Abodo avoids nicely.
Saxon tries to clinch there but Abodo circles away.
Anglo Saxon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Saxon leaves Abodo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Saxon missing with a left hand there. Abodo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Abodo dives in and grabs Saxon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Saxon pushes down on Abodo's head and hops out.
Abodo misses with a takedown attempt - Saxon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Abodo throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Saxon because Abodo loaded up on that one.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Abodo is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Saxon is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Saxon flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Abodo anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Saxon and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Abodo slips an arm under Saxon chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Abodo has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Abodo is squeezing on Saxon like an anaconda would it's prey. Saxon fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
