Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alain Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vijay Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clark comes to the cage accompanied by Empire State. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Singh lands a nice shot to the body.

Clark has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Singh finds it's way round the side to connect with Clark's head.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Singh accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Singh drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Singh jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
