PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Randleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stan Tayolor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randleman comes to the cage accompanied by Onward To Victory. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tayolor wants to sweep here but Randleman controlling him for the moment.
Randleman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tayolor swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Tayolor sneaks out the side door and pushes Randleman away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tayolor is on top in guard.
Tayolor stands up over Randleman, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Tayolor wanted to stand there but Randleman had control of the position.

Randleman shoots in and bounces Tayolor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Randleman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tayolor is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Tayolor kicks Randleman off and gets to his feet.
Tayolor moves in looking to clinch but Randleman pushes him off.
Tayolor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Tayolor shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Randleman's guard.

Randleman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tayolor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tayolor manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tayolor thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Tayolor is trying to land a reversal but Randleman doesn't like that idea too much. He pushed the legs to the side and dives into side control. He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. Randleman is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for Tayolor! Tayolor trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Randleman!
