The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laszio blocks a leg kick.

Silva moves into the clinch.
Laszio prevents Silva from breaking the clinch.
Laszio lands a hook that snaps the head of Silva backwards.
Silva has had enough of the clinch but Laszio keeps him there for the moment.
Silva looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Laszio escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Laszio walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Laszio pushes him off.
A combination from Silva does no damage.
Laszio tries to close the distance and clinch but Silva swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Silva fails in his attempt to clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Laszio throws a right hand that Silva ducks under and follows up with a left that Silva also avoids with ease.
Laszio waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Silva. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Silva to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Silva is rocked!
Laszio wanted to stand there but Silva had control of the position.
Silva is still in real trouble! Can Laszio finish him?
Silva seems to have recovered his senses.

Silva wriggles free and stands up.
Silva throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Silva looks to land a combination but Laszio avoids it well.
Donk. Laszio catches Silva right on the button with a cross.
Laszio tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Laszio cracks Silva with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Laszio connects with a superb combination that knocks Silva out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Laszio before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Silva!
