Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Chris Kaizer!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Teddy Bass!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bass looks to throw the jab but Kaizer is out of range.
Kaizer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bass sprawls well. Bass wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kaizer gets slowly back to his feet.
Kaizer tries to clinch but Bass is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Kaizer shoots in for a double leg but Bass sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kaizer could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bass throws a hook but Kaizer avoids it easily.

Teddy Bass showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Bass lands with a nice combination. Kaizer backs away looking to recover.
Bass catches Kaizer with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kaizer shoots in but no luck this time.
Kaizer avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bass throws out a loose jab but Kaizer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bass might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Kaizer closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bass did well to prevent Kaizer getting side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

I would just about give that final round to Teddy Bass.
I've got Bass winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
