The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragon tries to clinch there but Aoki circles away.
Dragon is looking to clinch.
Dragon tests Aoki's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Aoki misses with a takedown attempt - Dragon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Dragon is trying to break the clinch but Aoki is controlling him.
Dragon wants to get back to striking at distance but Aoki won't allow it.

Dragon wanted to stand there but Aoki had control of the position.

Dragon wants to get up but he can't break Aoki's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Dragon wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Aoki's closed guard. He's half up but Aoki has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Aoki pivots and extends the arm, Dragon falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Aoki! Well done that man!
