Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augustus Coletrain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Miles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coletrain dives in and grabs Miles's left leg, looking for a takedown. Miles pushes down on Coletrain's head and hops out.
Coletrain shoots in for a double leg but Miles sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Miles shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Coletrain's guard.
Miles postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Miles is looking to work some ground and pound but Coletrain has wrist control.

Miles instigates a clinch.
Miles tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Coletrain's elbow.

Coletrain escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Coletrain jumps guard and drags Miles to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Miles is looking to work some ground and pound but Coletrain has wrist control.

Miles postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Coletrain is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Miles, into his guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Coletrain passes Miles's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Coletrain wants to control but Miles is keeping him busy.
Coletrain works his way into side control.
Coletrain moves into full mount!
Miles is trying desperately to improve position.
Coletrain throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

That was a close round but I would say that Augustus Coletrain will probably get the nod.

Miles stalks Coletrain and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Coletrain's face. Coletrain staggers backwards, shaken.
Coletrain shoots in and drives through. Miles sprawls well.

Miles pushes Coletrain up against the cage in a clinch.
Miles tries to land a knee to the head but Coletrain blocks with his arms.
Miles throws an elbow but it misses.
Miles misses with a knee to the head.
Miles lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Miles tries to circle away but Coletrain has him pinned against the cage.

Coletrain gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Miles regains guard.
Miles really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Coletrain. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Miles wants to sweep here but Coletrain controlling him for the moment.
Miles wants to stand up but Coletrain is controlling him.
Coletrain is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Miles slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Coletrain is stalling here. Miles is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Coletrain seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Miles has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Miles throws a low kick, looking for Coletrain's leg but Coletrain calmly moves out of range.
