Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikhail Smirnoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitri Krakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Smirnoz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Russian. Dimitri Krakov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smirnoz goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
A left lands for Smirnoz.
Krakov fails in his attempt to clinch.
Krakov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smirnoz is fending him off so far but Krakov persists. Nope, Smirnoz circles away and we're back to standing.

and Krakov counters with a single leg into guard. Smirnoz didn't expect that.

Krakov stays in close to Smirnoz's body and controls the position.
Oh Smirnoz is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Krakov drops back looking for a leg! Smirnoz is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smirnoz manages to kick Krakov off! Krakov jumps back into Smirnoz's guard.

Smirnoz seems to have got his legs back now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Krakov passes the guard and advances to mount!

Smirnoz flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Smirnoz is looking to improve his position but Krakov isn't that keen on the idea.
Smirnoz is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Krakov has hold of Smirnoz's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Smirnoz manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Krakov jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Smirnoz is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Smirnoz and Krakov has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Krakov has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Smirnoz is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Krakov yanks on the arm and Smirnoz is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Krakov.
