Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Pitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebastien Legard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pitch comes into the arena with Green Day Brain Stew blaring out of the sound system. Legard has chosen Crank That (Travis Barker Remix) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Sebastien Legard has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Legard moves into the clinch.
Pitch misses with a knee strike.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Pitch just misses with a elbow thrown towards Legard's brow.
Legard jumps guard but Pitch stands there with Legard around his waist. Legard gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Mitch Pitch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sebastien Legard.
Legard has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Pitch shoots in looking for a takedown. Legard tries to sprawl out of it but Pitch keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Legard manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Legard is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pitch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pitch feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Pitch got a little sloppy there for a moment and Legard has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pitch has managed to get both his arms back between Legard's legs - danger averted.

Legard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pitch's waist but Pitch gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Legard off to one side.
No joy there for Legard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pitch throws a jab but it's blocked by Legard.
Pitch takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
