Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Apachai Hopachai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryouta Tsukuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tsukuda.
Good work by Hopachai as he checks the leg kick.
Tsukuda is looking to score with low kicks.
Hopachai doesn't manage to clinch there - Tsukuda circles away.

Tsukuda stalks Hopachai and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hopachai's face. Hopachai staggers backwards, shaken.
Tsukuda throws a right and a left that Hopachai avoids nicely.
Tsukuda shoots for a double leg takedown but Hopachai sprawls well. He's pushed Tsukuda's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tsukuda lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hopachai has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hopachai and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Hopachai wants to clinch up but Tsukuda keeps it at a distance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Tsukuda shoots in looking for a takedown. Hopachai tries to sprawl out of it but Tsukuda keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hopachai manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round but I would say that Apachai Hopachai will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Apachai Hopachai.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hopachai, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
