The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vayne moves into the clinch successfully.

It looks like Mud Vayne has been cut.
Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Jackson is pressed up against the cage. Vayne has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jackson down to the mat. Jackson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Vayne tries to land a front kick but Jackson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Jackson connects with a nasty looking knee right to Vayne's face.
Vayne tries to stall but Jackson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Jackson jerks Vayne's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Vayne drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Jackson goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Jackson because Vayne was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
