The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes keeps the fight on the outside.
Hughes swats away the attempt to clinch by Kustavilainen.
Kustavilainen tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hughes paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kustavilainen shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hughes sprawls well. Hughes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kustavilainen gets slowly back to his feet.
Kustavilainen closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hughes to the mat! Hughes manages to get full guard.
Kustavilainen tries to free his leg and advance position but Hughes is retaining full guard.
Hughes wants to sweep here but Kustavilainen controlling him for the moment.
Kustavilainen drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Kustavilainen as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hughes screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Kustavilainen! Nice submission victory there!
