The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallhead closes this distance looking for a takedown but Truant circles away.
Wallhead throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Truant scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Jim Wallhead has been cut.
Truant defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wallhead.
Wallhead shoots in looking for a takedown. Truant tries to sprawl out of it but Wallhead keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Truant manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnny Truant has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Wallhead.
A solid leg kick lands there for Truant.

Truant shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Wallhead swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Truant counters with a left right combination that sends Wallhead crashing to the mat - Truant wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Wallhead out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
