Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekbom looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Neck shoots and misses
and Ekbom counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Neck with a lazy takedown attempt

and Ekbom counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Ekbom trying to control but Neck is working from the bottom.
Neck looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Neck is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Ekbom pushes down on Neck's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Ekbom is trying to work for a kimura but Neck is defending well.

The fighters are battling for position here. Neck manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Ekbom passes Neck's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Neck is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neck trying to hold on to Ekbom's head to control him but Ekbom postures up.
Neck is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ekbom seems to be looking for submissions.
Ekbom wants to lay and pray for a moment but Neck keeps working.
Neck is trying to maintain the position but Ekbom is very close to passing his half guard.

Neck has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Ekbom. Oh but Neck has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Ekbom goes limp - he's gone! Neck jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
