The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pereira swats away the attempt to clinch by Diablo.
Pereira lands a nice looking body shot.
Diablo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pereira throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pereira thuds a left hand into Diablo's body.
Diablo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pereira's waist but Pereira gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diablo off to one side.
Pereira goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

It looks like Blanco Diablo has been cut.
Diablo is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pereira throws a monster overhand right that drops Diablo! Pereira follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
