Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Risto Raivo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Mcarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raivo comes to the cage accompanied by Pocket full of shells. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Risto Raivo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Mcarthy!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raivo drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mcarthy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Raivo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Raivo wants to pass the guard but Mcarthy is keeping the position.
Mcarthy is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Raivo is aware though and is defending well.
Mcarthy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Raivo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Raivo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Mcarthy had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Raivo is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Mcarthy Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Raivo's back instead.
You can see the frustration on Raivo's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Raivo manages to reverse the position and now he's in Mcarthy's guard. Nice work there by Raivo.
Raivo wants to control from the top but Mcarthy keeps moving.
Raivo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Raivo is looking to work some ground and pound but Mcarthy has wrist control.
Mcarthy tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Mcarthy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Raivo defends well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Raivo stands up and waves to Mcarthy to follow him.
Raivo doesn't manage to clinch there - Mcarthy circles away.
Mcarthy misses with a takedown
and Raivo counters by clinching up.
Raivo prevents the takedown attempt.
Mcarthy looks gassed!
Raivo content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Raivo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Raivo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Mcarthy prevents Raivo from moving into mount.
Raivo cracks Mcarthy with a big elbow.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Raivo stands up and beckons Mcarthy to his feet.
Mcarthy doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Raivo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Risto Raivo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Mcarthy.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mcarthy is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Raivo scores with a couple of nice shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Raivo content to control rather than advance.
Raivo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mcarthy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Mcarthy should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Raivo lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Mcarthy missing with punches from the bottom.
Raivo scores with a big shot! Mcarthy's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Mcarthy! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
