Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dirk Ante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Rolinha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ante comes to the cage accompanied by Da Mystery of Chessboxin'. Rolinha has chosen Paul Engemann - Push It To The Limit as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ante throws a nice looking combination but Rolinha bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ante stuffs the takedown attempt from Rolinha. Rolinha gets slowly back to his feet.
Ante misses with a wild body shot.
Rolinha fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Dirk Ante has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paulo Rolinha.

Ante lands a left and a right that send Rolinha crashing to the mat, dazed. Ante thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Rolinha works to advance to full mount. Ante defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Rolinha lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Rolinha is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ante doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rolinha.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Rolinha is keen to just control but Ante is a slippery customer.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Ante wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ante misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ante connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Rolinha looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Rolinha takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Rolinha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ante tries to avoid it but Rolinha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ante to the ground. Ante escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rolinha tries for a takedown but Ante sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rolinha takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Rolinha takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ante throws a nice outside leg kick.
Ante scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Ante rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rolinha moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ante lands a jab to the head.
Ante feints and then cracks Rolinha's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Rolinha down.
Ante throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rolinha stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ante stuns Rolinha with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ante throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ante throws a shot to the body.
Ante connects with a body shot.
A left lands for Ante.
Ante throws a combination. Rolinha tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Rolinha is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rolinha takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Rolinha is still on wobbly legs! Can Ante finish him?
Ante connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Rolinha! He's out on his feet! Ante rushes in and drops Rolinha with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
