Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andre Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jody mr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andre Oliveira looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira has a takedown stuffed.
Oliveira looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
mr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Oliveira sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten mr somewhat.
Oliveira shoots and misses
and mr counters with a nice double leg into guard.
mr stays in close to Oliveira's body and controls the position.
I looks like mr might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
mr passes Oliveira's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
mr stands up and beckons Oliveira to join him on the feet.
mr is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
mr shoots in but Oliveira avoids the takedown attempt easily.

mr with a strong takedown there and he's ended up in side control.
mr decides to stand back up.
Oliveira stuffs the takedown attempt from mr. mr gets slowly back to his feet.
Andre Oliveira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of jody mr.
mr shoots in but no luck this time.
mr feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Oliveira is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

mr really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Oliveira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Oliveira is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because mr is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Oliveira could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Oliveira keeps the fight on the outside.
Oliveira gets caught flat footed, as mr shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Oliveira might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
mr wanted to stand there but Oliveira had control of the position.
mr decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Oliveira, up you get!

so Oliveira counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Oliveira gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Oliveira closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming mr to the mat! mr manages to get full guard.
mr working for a triangle but Oliveira defends it easily.

jody mr has got the better of the ground game so far.
Oliveira loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Oliveira is looking to work some ground and pound but mr has wrist control.

Oliveira avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
mr is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Oliveira defends well.
mr keeping moving, preventing Oliveira from controlling successfully.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Good leg kick by mr there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
mr moves into the clinch successfully.
mr utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
mr jumps into guard, dragging Oliveira to the mat.
Oliveira throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as mr works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

mr kicks Oliveira off and gets to his feet.
mr misses with a takedown attempt
and Oliveira counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for mr!
Oliveira is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. mr can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Oliveira avoids the attempt from mr to control.
mr is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Oliveira is staying active.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oliveira tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Oliveira has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Oliveira is not going to allow mr to sit and survive in this position.
mr looking very determined here, making life difficult for Oliveira.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Andre Oliveira.
I think Oliveira has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
